Return Policy

1. Overview

This Return Policy applies to digital detox program packages and printed materials purchased from Gracefulrestorew through gracefulrestorew.world or by direct contact with our team.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire physical goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a clear statement to help@gracefulrestorew.world before the withdrawal period expires.

3. Digital Content

If you have accessed or downloaded digital program materials (PDF companions) before the withdrawal period ends, you acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once access has been granted, in accordance with Section 356(5) of the German Civil Code (BGB).

4. Printed Materials

Printed program materials may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Refund Process

Upon receiving a valid withdrawal or return, we will refund all payments received within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence of having sent them back.

6. Program Cancellation Before Start

If you cancel enrollment before program materials have been shipped or digital access has been granted, a full refund will be issued. Contact us at help@gracefulrestorew.world to request cancellation.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect materials, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and, if possible, photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-printed materials created specifically for your enrollment and email consultation sessions that have already been delivered are not eligible for return unless required by applicable consumer protection law.
